These terms are an agreement between you and Drift Wellness. By downloading, installing, or using the Drift Wellness app or this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Drift Wellness.

Drift Wellness is a wellness app for mindfulness, focus, and sleep. It offers features such as soundscapes, guided breathing, mood based recommendations, reminders, and tools that help you take a break from distracting apps. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

Drift Wellness supports general wellness. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Check In feature offers an estimate for relaxation purposes only and should never be used to assess your health. Always talk to a qualified health professional about any medical concern, and never rely on Drift Wellness in an emergency.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Drift Wellness, or older if the law where you live requires it. If you are under the age of majority, you may use Drift Wellness only with the consent of a parent or guardian.

Some features are free and others require payment. All payments are processed by the App Store or Google Play under their terms. If you buy a subscription, it renews automatically until you cancel it in your store account settings. Refunds are handled by the store you purchased through, following their policies.

You agree not to misuse Drift Wellness. This includes attempting to copy, modify, or reverse engineer the app, interfering with its operation, using it for unlawful purposes, or trying to access systems or data that are not yours.

Drift Wellness owns the app, the website, and all content in them, including sounds, visuals, text, and branding. We grant you a limited, personal, revocable license to use the app for your own wellbeing. You may not resell or redistribute any part of Drift Wellness.

Drift Wellness works with services we do not control, such as the App Store and Google Play. Their terms apply to your use of their services, and we are not responsible for them.

Drift Wellness is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not promise that the app will be uninterrupted, error free, or fit for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drift Wellness will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Drift Wellness. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

You can stop using Drift Wellness at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we discontinue the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limits on liability.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Drift Wellness after a change means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Drift Wellness Wellness is established, without regard to conflict of law rules.
